Hello beautiful 💕 Thank you for booking with Pampered by Nay 🦋 My name is LeNay & I am an Advanced Licensed Nail Technician & Advanced Licensed Esthetician (Esthi services coming soon) 😉 Please take a few minutes to read over my policies below before you book 🤍 Policies as of 3/1/24 💵 A deposit of $15 is required upon booking & must be paid through the booking site. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total of your service. The remainder of your total must be paid through Apple Pay , Debit/Credit Cards or Cash. I am no longer accepting CashApp/Venmo transfers, but you may use your CashApp/Venmo card to pay. ➕ Any service with a “+” means that the price listed is the starting price & may increase depending on the design you choose. ❌ I do not work over other peoples’ work. If you have product on your nails that is not mine, please be sure to book a soak off as well. ❌ Please no extra people unless they are being serviced ⏱️ There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 fee. After 15 minutes, you will be considered a no call/no show & your appointment will be cancelled. If you’re going to be a little late please let me know. 📱 If you no call/no show, 1st time you will be charge a 40% fee. 2nd no call/no show, you will be charged 100% for your missed service & you will be banned from booking. ‼️ Please be sure to read the Cancellation Policy located below the “Business Hours” 🤍 📅 I do take same day appointments & appointments outside of operating hours for a $20 fee. If you need one, please text me before you book anything to make sure I’m available. Cancellation Policy
🚫 Cancellation must be done at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment through me. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment . You may reschedule 2 times before your deposit is forfeited & you will have to make a new deposit with your next booking. If you fail to cancel within the given window, your deposit will not be transferred & you will be charged a 40% fee.
